Cerebrovascular Diseases is an international, interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles of broad interest to health professionals and researchers of stroke medicine and the study of cerebrovascular disease. The journal has a global perspective and considers articles covering prevention, diagnosis, management, rehabilitation, and related fields of molecular genetics, vascular biology, pathophysiology, epidemiology, and health systems science. The editors encourage submissions of original research, reviews, and commentary articles that focus on knowledge advance and inform clinical practice and health policy.
Cerebrovascular Diseases Extra is an Open Access sister journal that provides peer-reviewed content to inform clinical practice and policy of stroke medicine and patient care in different world regions. This journal accepts original research papers, reviews, case series of particular interest, commentaries on clinical topics, case-based ethical issues, practice management tips, novel systems of care, and health policy discussions.
